Scope and Eligibility

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses, promotions and promotional offers provided by Xparibet. They supplement and do not replace the Xparibet Terms and Conditions. Where a Promotion has its own terms, those terms prevail for that Promotion. By opting into or accepting a Bonus, you agree to these Bonus Terms.

Definitions

• Bonus Balance means funds credited for promotional purposes. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until turnover requirements are met and converted to Cash Balance as described in these terms.
• Cash Balance means funds that are available for withdrawal or use outside of any active Bonus. Withdrawals may be restricted while Bonus Balance is non zero.
• Wagering Requirement means the number of times the Bonus Balance and any associated deposit must be wagered before any Bonus Funds may be converted to Cash or withdrawn, as specified in the applicable Promotion terms.
• Contribution refers to how wagers on certain games count toward the Wagering Requirement. The percentage varies by game type as set out in the Promotion terms.
• Promotion Period is the period during which the Bonus may be wagered and redeemed, as stated in the Promotion terms.
• Free Spins are spins granted as part of a Bonus or Promotion. Any winnings from Free Spins are subject to the Promotion’s wagering and withdrawal rules.

Activation, Opt-In and Acceptance

To participate in a Bonus, you must opt in or activate the Promotion through your Xparibet account. Acceptance occurs upon activation and acknowledgement of the Promotion terms. If you do not activate, no Bonus will be credited. Bonuses may be added to your Bonus Balance at the time of credit.

Balance Segregation and Withdrawals

Xparibet uses two balances on your account: Cash Balance and Bonus Balance. Funds in the Bonus Balance may be used for wagering but are not withdrawable until converted to Cash Balance by meeting the Wagering Requirement. Cash Balance funds are withdrawable subject to verification and any active Bonuses. If any Bonus Balance is non zero, you may not withdraw funds from the Cash Balance until Bonus Balance is zero, unless the applicable Promotion terms allow otherwise.

General Rules for Bonuses

• Minimum deposit to qualify for a Deposit Bonus is 20 units of the account currency.
• Default Wagering Requirement is 40 times the Bonus Amount, unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions: Slots 100 percent; Table Games 10 percent; Live Casino 3 percent; Sportsbook 0 percent toward the Wagering Requirement; other games as specified in the Promotion terms.
• Bonus validity: Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms, Bonuses expire 30 days after credit.
• Free Spins: Expire within 3 days of issue unless stated otherwise; winnings from Free Spins are subject to wagering and withdrawal rules as specified in the Promotion terms.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise; all promotions subject to the Brand right to modify or terminate at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Balance and any deposit attached to the Bonus. The following contributions apply unless otherwise stated in the Promotion terms:

• Slots video and classic contribute 100 percent toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Table games such as Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack contribute 10 percent.
• Video Poker contributes 5 percent.
• Live Casino contributes 3 percent.
• Sportsbook bets contribute 0 percent toward the Wagering Requirement.

Any bet that is void, cancelled, or placed with a wagering exclusion does not count toward the Wagering Requirement. Bets below minimum odds if applicable do not count. The Brand reserves the right to adjust wagering calculations if any technical issue arises.

Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the Promotion terms specify otherwise. Free Spins expire 3 days from issuance. If the Wagering Requirement is not met within the Promotion Period, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them shall be forfeited. Where a promotion has a separate expiry, that expiry governs over these general terms.

Promotions-Specific Terms

Each Promotion has its own terms and conditions, which may include eligibility criteria, bonus type, wagering rules and expiry. The Promotion terms are binding and shall prevail in the event of inconsistency with these General Bonus Terms.

Bonus Abuse and Account Integrity

The Brand may, at its sole discretion, deny, withdraw or confiscate any Bonus or winnings if it determines that a user has abused Bonus mechanics, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Abuse includes but is not limited to cash stashing, bonus stashing, manipulating deposit timing to circumvent wagering, using software or other means to exploit system vulnerabilities, or maintaining multiple accounts. The Brand may also suspend or close accounts suspected of such activity.

Withdrawal, Verification and Payment Processing

Withdrawals are drawn from your Cash Balance only. Before processing a withdrawal, the Brand may request identity verification and payment-method validation. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements for an active Bonus, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited, and the remaining Cash Balance may be paid out in accordance with the Account’s verification status and any applicable withholding rules.

Miscellaneous

These Bonus Terms form part of the Xparibet Terms and Conditions. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xparibet operates its license. Any disputes arising from Bonuses shall be resolved under the dispute resolution terms stated in the Xparibet Terms and Conditions. The English version prevails in case of any discrepancy between language versions.
